I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.
Very patient with an old lady who has never had to sell a house before

We are both first time buyers and didn't have a clue what to except. We were assigned Imran and I cant recommend him enough. He explained everything to us and what to expect and everything went perfectly. I don't know why I worried. He was always there to help and replied to any questions we had and was keen to keep things moving and progress things quickly. I would highly recommend Imran and Premier Property Lawyers. Thanks you so much Imran

I regret using the service. Premier Property Lawyers were recommended to me by British Home Sellers. This was a big mistake of my life. I was given a conveyancing bill of £1400. On top of that, I was charged £484.78 local and other searches. £20 for coal mine searches, today I received a further bill of £167 for added to searches. I was charged £150 plus vat thereby making it £180 for opening a file. I was charged for ID Verification, expedition fee, gifted depositor the list is endless and my current bill is now over £3000 just for conveyancing. After, I kept seeing the bill going up and up, I contacted Rani Mathuru for explanation. She was not forthcoming. I had a first appointment with her and she didn't honour the appointment. I rung her and left messages with her colleagues. The second appointment was at 11.00 and when I didn't see her call I started panicking and had to send her an email because I did not want history to repeat itself. At the moment I feel like giving up because I don't know why my bill is so high. The whole process is now a nightmare. The British Home Sellers had told me by the time I finish my bill will be around £2500 but now is over £3000 excluding searches. There is so much hidden charges. Rani has left me traumatised. Her communication is poor. She likes to hear her own voice and did not listen to me grievances. She made me look stupid. Will I ever use PPL again and the answer is a BIG NO. Its sad that the British Home Sellers are recommending such services.

Our Conveyancer Ms Shaukat was professional in her approach, knowledgeable, quick in responding to emails and telephone calls. She was always helpful and always made sure that we where aware of what was going on with our purchase and that we could always contact her without hesitation with questions and queries. I must say she answered quite a list of questions that I often sent her and she answered without complaint and she showed her knowledge brilliantly, even when we had a few miscommunications. The timeliness of the process was good. Instructions given for anything that we needed to do were given in a clear enough manner. As a Conveyancer I would use her again and recommend her to friends and family. Good job Ms Shaukat and thank you. In terms of the JNP company I didn't appreciate the charge of an opening fee to open the case on their eway system. I don't think it is was necessary. If you offer a service, just offer without those extra charges. Also you should make it clear in the initial quote because no ones likes unexpected financial surprises and my bill do go up more than quoted, so people just need to be aware of those additional costings and try to budget. I did however appreciate the two weeks cooling off period just in case I wanted to change my mind instructing the company to act for me.
