I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the βe-Way conveyancing made easyβ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.
Very patient with an old lady who has never had to sell a house before

This company carried out my sale and purchase with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. They were proactive, always available by phone and email. My conveyancer was Dominique Du Quesnay. She was nothing short of awesome and left the other conveyancers in our chain of five standing still. She was time sensitive, proactive and reactive to every query. She is an absolute credit to this company. Thank you Dominque Du Quesnay. Besting the stamp duty hike was a bonus.Stress free conveyancing with value for money. The portal is simple. Highly recommend.

We were introduced to Premier Property Lawyers by the estate agent we had chosen to use for selling our property. When we compared them to a local independent solicitors firm, they were reasonable in overall costs but what worked in our favour was the fact they could do everything through the eWay portal, whereas the other firm was still using ordinary mail based services. This really ensured that everything was presented to us quickly and efficiently with email and text based prompts when actions were required. With busy working days, this method worked great for us as we could often read and submit required info on the same day or evening as prompted. Kelly Earp was excellent! She responded quickly to any email based queries and when we needed to speak with her she would take the call if available and if not available she got back to us asap. She is approachable, personable and gives you the time and assurances you required. I would recommend her to others and will request her support for future house purchase/sales.

If I could leave less than one I honestly would. would just like to convey how absolutely disgusted I am with the service received. It seems nobody here does what they're supposed to do. On to month 7 of my no chain sale now and the goal posts are constantly changing for completion . Indemnity insurances being quoted for but not actioned, solicitor going on holiday without notice. Every time I call someone different picks up my call, 3 people in a week now. You severely lack empathy and understanding for people's real-life situations. My buyers will be homeless come Sunday 20th due to your incompetence. I am sitting in a flat with no furniture and having to stay with friends. I will potentially lose my dream home because everyone here seems to incapable of carrying out their job correctly. It's a total shambles, when and if.... This fiasco is ever finalised ; I will go onto seek advice from an ombudsman or whoever governs so called solicitors like yourselves. You are messing with people's lives and finances without a care in the world. This whole process has felt like a roller coaster ride, more lows than highs. It's effected my mental health and left me feeling distressed and anxious. Your SERVICES were recommended by Yopa, who must be in it for the commission!!! You guys with 4.6 stars must've hit the jack pot with a competent solicitors. Because I can't mirror your experience one 1%

We used Premier Property Lawyers as the conveyancing firm for the sale of our property during divorce proceedings. I found them to be very easy to work with, their communication was excellent and the added opportunity to approve/sign documents etc online was very useful. I would highly recommend Premier Property Lawyers and especially the work of Adam Edward Jones to anybody in the future, I will also be returning to use their/his services when I buy a house of my own. a strong 5/5 from me!

This company was recommended by my estate agent and for ease and value for money I decided to use them. Initially I found the eway portal useful (you can visually see what steps need to be taken to complete the sale and upload documents) but when my sale got a bit more complicated and I was asked to submit multiple documents a second time it didn't work so well. I'm still not 100% sure that my conveyancer saw all the relevant documents and for days at a time I couldn't access the portal. I found communication with the company difficult. If you called the switchboard nobody ever answered or replied to messages and when I had questions for my conveyancer I didn't feel they were adequately explained. Overall the sale got done but I would have preferred a more personal service and would have been prepared to pay a little more for it.
