I regret using the service
I regret using the service. Premier Property Lawyers were recommended to me by British Home Sellers. This was a big mistake of my life. I was given a conveyancing bill of £1400. On top of that, I was charged £484.78 local and other searches. £20 for coal mine searches, today I received a further bill of £167 for added to searches. I was charged £150 plus vat thereby making it £180 for opening a file. I was charged for ID Verification, expedition fee, gifted depositor the list is endless and my current bill is now over £3000 just for conveyancing. After, I kept seeing the bill going up and up, I contacted Rani Mathuru for explanation. She was not forthcoming. I had a first appointment with her and she didn't honour the appointment. I rung her and left messages with her colleagues. The second appointment was at 11.00 and when I didn't see her call I started panicking and had to send her an email because I did not want history to repeat itself. At the moment I feel like giving up because I don't know why my bill is so high. The whole process is now a nightmare. The British Home Sellers had told me by the time I finish my bill will be around £2500 but now is over £3000 excluding searches. There is so much hidden charges. Rani has left me traumatised. Her communication is poor. She likes to hear her own voice and did not listen to me grievances. She made me look stupid. Will I ever use PPL again and the answer is a BIG NO. Its sad that the British Home Sellers are recommending such services.
