Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Great service generally

Great service generally, we had a unique march (stamp duty changes) in the lead up to our exchange which delayed things slightly but still was able to get things done within the initial window. Be great to hear more in the beginning on how the process works and when to relax or when to get things done, however when we did speak with Matthew he was great and was always cool, calm and collected which we needed!

One of the best conyenancing solicitors around

I cannot recommend PPL and Imran Ali more. During the purchase of our property in Cheshire he has been proactive, communicative and worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even with the predicted hiccups he gave sound and reasonable advice, and ensure swift resolution with all parties. I would recommend PPL and Imran to anyone for conveyancing services. Darren Wood.

Regret choosing Premium Property…

Regret choosing Premium Property Lawyers. My case handler has been one of the least personable people I’ve ever dealt with—routinely ignoring half of my questions and giving curt, unhelpful responses when they do bother to reply. To make matters worse, they went on leave for a week without notifying us, despite knowing we’re urgently trying to progress as the entire chain is waiting on us. We were left completely in the dark. I’ve chased relentlessly for updates, but communication is practically non-existent, and getting through by phone is nearly impossible. What’s even more frustrating is the way they handle enquiries—case handlers can’t make decisions themselves and must escalate everything to an ‘LTS’ team, adding unnecessary delays and layers of poor communication. We’ve now had one enquiry outstanding for over three weeks while they waited for official copies of the Land Registry—documents that revealed nothing more than what was already publicly available online. They're now going in circles, rehashing previous enquiries that we’ve already addressed and clearly stated we’re happy to waive with an indemnity if needed. They seem completely unequipped to handle anything even slightly outside the norm, and their sheer size only adds to the delay and lack of personal accountability. We’ve been patient and understanding, even though we were hoping to complete before April, and accepted that other cases might take priority. But the complete lack of customer service and ownership has left a bitter taste. Now, heading into a bank holiday weekend, our case will sit untouched for another four days. Would not recommend.

Donna was really helpful throughout the entire process. She was readily available throughout and quick with responding to queries and emails that I had and was very thorough and efficient at chasing up with the sellers solicitors and estate agent to obtaining the responses to the queries that arose.
