Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Extremely poor service
It took over 6 months to complete, whilst there was a third party to consider actions were slow to br completed by the solicitor and communication was extremely poor throughout. Communication only happend when I requested and update. I raised a complaint requesting a manager contacted me which I was told they would. To date no communication regarding this

Amazing service
Emily Flatley has just dealt with the sale of my property and I can honestly say in 37 years of working in Finance I have never dealt with such an efficient, approachable, friendly, competent and professional solicitor ever. The service she provides is excellent and although being originally reluctant not to use a local solicitor I have been very impressed and would highly recommend Emily and E-Way.Thank you so much.

My solicitor Shawana was professional, courteous and available to speak to by phone on the majority of occasions. I was kept informed of progress and prompted to complete actions via the eWay application. My only frustration was not being able to go into each activity on the application to see what it was about
