This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Beth Nixon has been helping us over the past 3 months with our remortgage, which was complicated with us processing a name change to Land Registry (who are very slow!). Once the update came from LR, with three days to go, Beth was able to move mountains to process our remortgage to complete in time. The portal used is fairly simple to use which is a positive. The conveyancer will not chase up the case unless you contact them to do so and even then, trying to get through to them is a massive issue. Would not recommend.

I recently used Premier Property Lawyers for the purchase of my first home and dealt with Katie Sumner during the process. While the transaction was completed in the end, I found the experience frustrating overall due to a lack of clear communication. As a first-time buyer, I expected more guidance, but often felt I was the one doing the chasing. There were instances of confusion around completion dates, with dates being suggested before the seller was even ready, which added unnecessary stress. I was also not informed about periods of absence until after chasing for updates, which made it difficult to manage expectations and plan accordingly. There were delays in document requests, with items suddenly marked as urgent despite having no follow-up after I'd previously flagged the wait for certain bank statements. It felt at times like my situation wasn’t being properly managed or taken into account. Overall, I found the experience impersonal and inconsistent. Premier Property Lawyers seems to operate on a high-volume model, which I feel affected the level of service. For these reasons, I wouldn’t choose to use them again.
