Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

There were hardly any slots available…
There were hardly any slots available on online calendar and there were no appointment times available for Initial Meeting for someone who works full time. Had to email twice to get a response, and was then booked in manually. Phone call came in my lunch time at work, 13 mins late. Didn't really find out anything that I hadn't already found myself in the website.

Beware
They may be cheap but you get the service to match. Very impersonal hard to get hold of and if you are not used to dealing with everything on line and that means giving all your personal bank statements then don’t use. If you need any money back then you have to jump through hoops even for a small amount.
