Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

A Huge Thank You to John Barfield I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service and support we've received from John Barfield. From start to finish, John has been nothing short of exceptional. He worked incredibly hard with our case, and to say it was straightforward would be a complete understatement. It was far from easy, yet John handled everything with dedication, professionalism, and an incredible personal touch that truly made all the difference. What really stood out was his constant communication. We never had to chase him. He was always on top of every single action, and if something needed to be done, he made sure it was done on the very day it was required. That kind of reliability is rare, and it gave us a huge amount of confidence during what was a really challenging time for us. John didn’t just ‘do his job’ he went above and beyond at every stage. He took initiative, kept the pressure where it needed to be (particularly on the buyer’s solicitors), and took the stress out of a situation that could have easily become overwhelming. He made a difficult process feel manageable and at times, even easy, which is a tall order in thsi business. It’s also worth saying that John is just a really good bloke. He brings warmth, patience, and a calm authority to everything he does. If anyone deserves to be leading a team and setting the standard in this company, it’s him. His work ethic, standards, and the way he treats his clients are exactly what others should aspire to. John, thank you for everything.
