Easy booking with flexible and well-priced options. I ordered a 2-people delivery and only got one person on the day, but got an immediate refund for it. The courier was very helpful and well-mannered. All in all a positive experience.

Very good communication , but I paid extra for same day delivery and was told 7pm, then when I asked, apparentely the van had broken , and was told 10pm ish delivery, I then asked for an update around 9.30pm to be told wouldn’t be delivered that same day I paid for but the following day as the van was broken again. My delivery turned up around 11am the next day. I felt a little nervous as van breaking down excuse felt slightly off to me. But easy comms via WhatsApp and I did get my delivery so I probs would use again in fairness

I have never had to have items picked up and delivered so was quite green. I was given Porta Delivery’s details by a friend. It was so easy! Michael was so helpful. I was given the details of who would be picking up the items and delivering. I was provided updates when items were picked up and estimated delivery time. All worked out perfectly. First time I’ve used a courier service - it was brilliant. The driver called ahead with anticipated time to collect the sofa. He then called with accurate ETA for drop off. It was all seamless. If I’m really nit picky, I couldn't call anyone or use the chat bot over the weekend. But I arranged a next day delivery over the phone on the Monday. Will definitely recommend and no doubt will use their service again.

Messed around by their courier and had to chase for hours to find out delivery slots. Ended up taking 2 afternoons off work for no reason then to be text 1 minute before they arrived to be told they are 2 and a half hours away, won't be using again.
