First time I’ve used a courier service…
First time I’ve used a courier service - it was brilliant. The driver called ahead with anticipated time to collect the sofa. He then called with accurate ETA for drop off. It was all seamless. If I’m really nit picky, I couldn't call anyone or use the chat bot over the weekend. But I arranged a next day delivery over the phone on the Monday. Will definitely recommend and no doubt will use their service again.
