Their quote was significantly better than other quotes we received, and their customer care was exceptional - it felt really nice to feel like you were being spoken to by humans! The delivery driver, Max, who we were connected with was very accommodating and simply a lovely man too who took real care in what he did for us. Delivery wasn’t on time as it was scheduled and my sofa foot was broken. I have check with the supplier they said they have checked everything was perfectly good before delivery so it must be broken in delivery van. I am not happy with the service I received and i need compensation for the damage

Really efficient in terms of turnaround for collection. However depends on the courier you are assigned and if they communicate the day/time of collection, sometimes have to chase, but you do receive their mobile info etc.

I got next day service at short notice my item arrived with no problems I had communication with the driver all the way through, he was very professional friendly and polite and helpful went above and beyond helping me to bring the item in and put in place I gave him 5 stars and he earned and deserved every single one i will definitely be using your service again next time thankyou so much 😁

At first I thought it was a bit pricey... But you get what you pay for and it was worth it! Professional, easy communication with the company and the driver, live tracking, friendly crew and item delivered with no damage. Couldn't ask for more.
