Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.

I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Ordered online to collect in Oxford store the same day. Easy & efficient transaction. Staff in-store at Oxford always knowledgeable, helpful relaxed and friendly. The ukulele was purchased without trying it first, just guided by PMT online photos and description, (and a couple of YouTube reviews). It plays well, has good intonation. Very pleased with this instrument
