Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

The amp I ordered was the last one and had been on display. They were honest enough to call me and tell me. They gave me the option to a have brand new item shipped from the supplier which, in the end, arrived the same day as the store one would have.

Β£900 elctro-acoustic guitar arrived without a truss rod wrench. Phoned to request one. Had to wait a long time on phone to speak to someone. Wrench did not arrive. |Phoned again more than a month later but waiting time timed out so spoke to no-one. Tried this twice with same result then gave up. Tried again 2 days later . First time on option 3 timed out. Tried again on option 1 and after 10 mins waithing eventually spoke to someone. The wrench arrived a day or so later
