Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

I ordered a used amp from PMT, which arrived the next day...fantastic. Unfortunately the footswitch was missing from the box...so I called, spoke to a friendly guy who asked me to confirm by email. I shortly received a service ticket via email informing me he would ask the store to locate it and the following day received an update to say it had been found and sent out for next day delivery. Never felt like it was a problem, issue resolved quickly with no fuss and kept informed the whole way...who could ask for more?? And the amp sounds great!!! Thank you PMT!
I purchased two second hand Sonor 400 series stands. A boom stand and a snare stand. Both stands were extremely well packaged up. They arrived in good time and are in excellent condition for what are quite old Sonor stands. I thought they were really well priced too. Many thanks
Ordered a new guitar Wednesday, what turned up was a clearly used (b-stock/display model) in a different branded box and with damage to the edge of the fret board. No warranty card, manual or Allen keys. Requested an exchange and awaiting confirmation that I will receive a brand new boxed guitar in exchange. Edit: Second guitar arrived in perfect condition set up and ready to go, really pleased with the customer service to get me my replacement promptly, thank you.
