I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

I got just what I wanted at a competitive price. I always find PMT attentive and helpful.
I wanted an amp to handle both guitar and mic that was small and reasonably powerful, decided on the Laney A-Solo and PMT were competitive on price, equal to Amazon actually. Tempting to choose Amazon as it was on Prime delivery and thus free to me, but I decided to buy from PMT and pay for carriage as I am able to get over to the Birmingham store if I need help etc. I could have driven to collect but it would have cost more in fuel than the courier cost! The amp arrived well packaged, undamaged, but the day after the suggested date which seems to have been the delivery service issue not PMTs.
The website is very easy to use and the delivery time was very quick. The packaging was good and the instrument arrived safely.

I received fantastic customer service from Rob (Tech Guy) at PMT Oxford branch yesterday. He spent nearly 3 hours resolving a technical issue I had with a keyboard and related software that I had bought. Extremely knowledgeable and patient; his customer service was outstanding.
The price for the software said 135.00, the bank withdrawal was 176.41. I am canceling my order because of the price difference posted but actual charge!
