I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Bought a left handed Antiquity ST1 with a view to using it as a base for upgrading. Very impressed with the build quality and playability right out of the box, and now that I've upgraded the tuners and pickups, I am delighted with the guitar. I should add that the upgrades were purely for my own requirements, but for anyone considering buying the Antiquity ST1 as a first guitar, without having to upgrade it, it will serve you well right out of the box. Highly recommended at the price! PMT Online were great to deal with too. Hassle-free purchase with fast and efficient delivery.
I bought a PMT Antiquity copy of a Firebird guitar with mixed feelings and limited expectations. I was delighted when I opened the box and there was a really beautiful looking guitar. I always expect to make a few changes or adjustments to any guitar I buy, so I put on the type of strings that I usually use and got on with it. I have been doing it for many years so it didn’t take me too long to bring it up to a decent level. I now have a guitar that looks and sounds great at a tenth of the price I would have had to pay for a different name on the headstock.
Ordered online in plenty of time for next day delivery and paid the extra postage for this……however PMT did not dispatch the order to the courier until the following day…..Added to which the courier arrived 3 hrs after the estimated time slot and left the parcel out in the rain. Not good service by either.
