I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

I'm a regular user of PMT. Some products on the online portal when clicked go to an error page. Even PMT Northampton shop couldn't access product details. However the staff were excellent as usual When back online the product loaded to the shopping basket

Ordered the guitar & it was delivered next day as promied. Instrument is fine & good price. All pretty much perfect really.
Excellent service, great value for money, works very well with more than enough spray pressure. Easy to clean after use.
