I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Bought a TOURTECH Orchestral Sheet Music stand on line from PMT and needed some advice. Sadly trying to get hold of anyone is difficult on the phone and some numbers listed simply don't work and I wes cut off on the first attempt. I did eventually get through to Head Office after about 20 mins hanging on after two attempts. The music stand was excellent quality but lacked necessary clips to hold the sheets in place. The operative was polite and helpful but the stand comes without clips and I was advised to buy them elsewhere. Therefore only 3 stars for an item which deserves 5.
Helpful staff once you have got through, tried several times no one answered my call.
Ordered a Bose L1 Pro 16 roller bag And its been more than week it didn't even shipped Calling pmt everyday but issue is not sorted yet Quite disappointed
I visited the Bristol PMT shop and was impressed with the large range of electric pianos on display. I spoke with Aaron who was very knowledgeable and spent lots of time explaining about the various keyboards and helping me to decide. In the end I went away to think it over and so I ordered from PMT online. Because of the great service in store I had resolved to buy on line with PMT even if the price was higher, but in fact they were the cheapest anyway. Would highly recommend.
