I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

you can try other companys but in the end PMT are reliable and good customer service i have gone around the houses...but always come back to them.
Super fast service (24 hrs in my hands, from online purchase to delivery). Antiquity Legends Left-Handed TL1-HB-NAT Natural Electric Guitar as described. I originally wanted the Harley Benton TE-53 (Keith Richards Micawber Tribute T-type) but they don't do a left handed version. However, from what I can determine, this is near as can be, the same thing as the above mentioned but a lefty, and for nearly £100 cheaper than the HB. Well pleased I found this.It will need a good setup though.
I ordered an acoustic amp online and it was delivered on time but it didn't have the required adaptor with it so I couldn't power it up. I phoned the helpline and the very helpful chap sorted it out for me in double quick time and adaptor was posted to me in a couple of days, if something goes wrong then what you need is exactly this, a fast resolution, thanks PMT. Highly recommended.
PMT staff are always pleasant when I go into store. My click and collect item was ready and waiting for me on my arrival at the store.
Have bought in-store with these guys before with no issue, but on this occasion, the particular guitar ( Gretsch Electromatic Pristine Ltd CB) I was after was only available online. Ordered and paid for said guitar, but when we went to check for a delivery update the next day, we had an email explaining that there was an error in their system, and they could not fulfil my order. They did ask if there was anything else I would like instead, but I was after a particular model, so obtained a refund (which, in fairness, was processed quickly). I have noticed, however, that the guitar I was after is still being advertised for pre-order, but at a price of £91 more than I had paid. With the guitar presumably still being available, I am somewhat disgruntled that they weren't prepared to fulfil my order, even if I had to wait. Ultimately though, I have been done a favour, as I have managed to find the same guitar at a smaller, independent music shop for about £35 less. Next day edit: I notice they have now removed the listing from their website, so I have given them the benefit of the doubt and upped my two star rating to three.
Never used this comany before but very impressed with delivery and price. Delivery was very fast and well packaged, also price of the speakers was very reasonable.
