Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

I am really disappointed with the service and product. I did ordered a piano from PMT , I paid for delivery but they change dates many times, I did missed from job two times to wait for the delivery and in the end I went from Birmingham to Liverpool to collect it. But not only the service, when I opened there was some missing parts. I think I am not going to order again from PMT. I am sorry but I have bad experience with service and quality of the product.
I ordered a wrong delivery date and when I phoned they immediately rectified my problem and rearranged the delivery in time for my sons birthday
Item has been ordered however showing out of stock in the nearest pmt stores . The order was easy to do and it’s been paid for in full, no quibbles ! Hopefully the item will be here pretty soon .
My first time store visit as my 13 year old daughter chose her first electric guitar here. There was an impressive range on offer. Nerves were a factor at first, but she was put at ease with the help she received from staff in finding the right one for her. Ben spent time and care in taking her through the options. The customer service was superb. I'm sure that the experience means that she'll be a return customer.
Ben was patient and helpful with my purchase at the Manchester store. I didn't feel rushed and Ben gave good advice and even adjusted the instrument for me. I'm very happy with the product and service I received. Thanks 👍
