Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Great Service
Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Good price & everything looks fine. The box the power brick was in was a bit battered although it was packaged well. Unfortunately let down by the Parcelforce 48hr service which meant the recipient didnβt receive their birthday gift in time.

I ordered a gift card online for a present as I don't live near to PMT any more. It arrived about 3 days later, great service and also nice to be able to give a physical gift card for a present instead of an e-card!

Six string happiness
Great to deal with and the guitar was as advertised so really happy. The only thing that irked was being added to a newsletter without asking to be but after an email them that said they would review that. Fair doβs. I would definitely use them again.
