Rubina & the team @ legal unit 3 have been amazing , and went above and beyond to complete my house purchase. I'm so grateful for all your support and getting me into my house a day early. They were always very quick and helpful, genuinely didn't have any delays from their side at all - very efficient and had things done on time. The portal is great too, you can see everything in one place live which was great for me for updates. Will be using you guys again for any future need!

Failure in Customer Service and Communication
From start to finish PLS failed to remember that I was their customer, paying a substantial fee for their services. There was a lack of communication between me and them, and on occasion even a clear breakdown of communication between themselves internally. I would suggest to anyone considering PLS for their conveyancing needs to look elsewhere and not use PLS at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The whole concept of using an app to communicate and sign documents seems great on the face of it, but is designed specifically so you sign to purchase so called "extra's" without realising it. You're ticking endless boxes, reading hundreds of pages of jargon and unexplained nonsense, and then at the end you're SLAPPED with a huge bill. The quotes they provide seem reasonable, but by the time you get your bill ONE DAY before completing, obviously so you can't do anything about it, it's absolutely ridiculous, and loaded with things you unknowingly "agreed" to by ticking a box somewhere amongst the mounds of paperwork you're left to do yourself. I apparently paid for a case manager? Not once was I contacted for assistance. I also apparently paid anti-fraud fees? I part exchanged a property for a new build. Who do I need to be protected from? Queried everything on the bill professionally and asked for explanations for every add on, and was met with a "well you signed it" kind of attitude. App is designed to rip you off, and they don't want to do anything about it. Will ring and ask for a review before you get your bill because obviously when you get it you will want to leave a 1 star too. Whole process is by design to get as much money as possible from you and they NEVER answer email queries. Apparently their email changed 3 days after my completion, so they weren't getting my emails? More lies. Stay away from this company. They do not want to know if you're at all unsatisfied and clearly do not care. EDIT: They responded to this review asking me to email them why I am unhappy which I have done, and they ignored that one as well!!! CLASSIC. Do not use this company under any circumstances!!!

Cheap fees, poor service
These lawyers were representing one of the buyers in the chain. From the start they have caused a lot of trouble in addition to being extremely slow. There is no dedicated contact, more like a call centre really. On the day we were supposed to exchange they informed us that they hadn't done their source of fund checks in their client which added another month of delay. You get what you pay for. Don't be lured in with the low fees.
