Failure in Customer Service and Communication

From start to finish PLS failed to remember that I was their customer, paying a substantial fee for their services. There was a lack of communication between me and them, and on occasion even a clear breakdown of communication between themselves internally. I would suggest to anyone considering PLS for their conveyancing needs to look elsewhere and not use PLS at all.
