Better Stay away from PLS Solicitors
I had very bad experience with PLS Solicitor. WARNING - If you are buying property by limited company, then stay away from this company. You will be ripped off. I bought a property through PLS Solicitors and I got the estimated quote of £1650 to pay, however to my surprise at the time of completion statement, it came out to be £3500+. There is no way to return back or backout when it's at the time of completion. Their terms and conditions page have 100s of different charges and you can't able to know what charges are they going to pickup to make number in the bill. The charges were ridiculous and lots of mistakes being g done too and you will have no other choice but will be forced to pay. I asked few other companies and they all charge in the region of £1600 to £1800 and NOT £3500+ So my 10cent advice is - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you have time, go for it
If you plan to work with this company for their legal services, I have another solution for you: Go back to university, start the law faculty, graduate and deal with your legal issues on your own. This will take less time to expect PLS Solicitors solve your issue. If you made this mistake and decided to work with them, I'm sorry for you. They won't reply to your emails or answer your calls. You'll wait, and eventually, you'll decide to work with a different solicitor. As soon as you communicate this, they will start replying to your emails and send you the bill for doing nothing.

AVOID!!
AVOID!! I ended up doing most of the work myself because of their incompetence and the need to get this re-mortgage over the line. I honestly can't stress enough how bad this outfit is. I'm an experienced property developer and have bought, sold and re-mortgaged lots of properties over the years. Absolute joke do not use and if somewhere else is more expensive let me know and I'll pay the difference. I used the Altrincham office and I won't name them personally but communication was diabolical and like I said earlier if it wasn't for me obtaining information I would still be waiting now.

Thank you Sehrish for all of you help with my purchase. You were brilliant and you deserve a medal for dealing with shared ownership properties!!!! Only gripe I have was with the costs - which wasn't my solicitors fault, this would be onboarding! I don't think the initial costs are clear. When comparing PLS came through a lot cheaper but in the end turned out to be the same costs as other companies were giving. So something to just bare in mind! I know not all costs can be confirmed until the process is done but i would check if there are any potential hidden fees at quote stage. Portal was simple enough - on boarding was easy.

Recomended to me by my estate agents…
Recomended to me by my estate agents but now even they are not happy with the service from PLS either. Lack of communication throughout from PLS. App not updated regularly with info. Initial problems logging on. Reports missing. Had to then chase them for missing reports etc. Had it not been for my estate agents assistance at Seymours I would not have navigated through the prosses of buying this property. It felt like the estate agent was doing most of the conveyancing work. The final bill was incorrect also but now rectified.
