I would avoid doing business with PLS…
I would avoid doing business with PLS Solicitors. I was doing a remortgage, so time was of the essence. I would have thought PLS Solicitors would have understood this. They took days to respond to emails and ask for documents that I had already sent. Their communication was extremely poor and have much to be desired. In the company, it seems that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Adding to all that, I was sent another client redemption statement. I can’t believe that I paid over £1000 for this service. I wouldn’t use them or recommend them to anyone.

Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. Didn't respond to calls or emails for several months and delayed everyone in a short chain unnecessarily. Caused considerable, irrecoverable costs having misled the chain on numerous occasions. J. Hogg was out of her depth from start to finish and when her lies and incompetence unfolded, she simply went sick!

Terrible, never use PLS
Invoices were wrong for 2 times, I have to use tracked changes in Word to correct it myself, amounts were wrong, items were wrong. The purchase price of the property on the contract was wrong. They tried to blame it on the other side's solicitor but why didn't PLS solicitor check and make sure everything is correct before sending to client! The transaction was transferred from another person and he handled my case towards the end of transaction. I later found out the seller wants us to have all the furniture for a small fee, this piece of information was never communciated to me during the process through PLS. I requested a fully executed agreement when the transaction was completed and he said PLS will not give the fully executed agreement to the buyer.
