I dealt with this firm on a new build…
I dealt with this firm on a new build purchase and they were just fantastic and very responsive.. Specifically, Robert Milarvie and Chon Wong were very professional and helpful. I would defintely recommend them, however, be aware they only work with certain reputable developers not in any project..

This company has cost me financially
One of the worst solicitors I have had to deal with, their incompetence and lack of care has cost me a lot of money and has caused unnecessary amount of stress, financially and mentally for me, by not actioning the necessary requirements to complete my purchase on my property back in April 2022. The purchasing process was also a massive headache with this company as well. If I could give this zero stars I would. They hadn't provided Land Registry with all the points they needed in order to change the title holder of my property to my name, which they are continuously not providing them with the correct documentation, therefore I am unable to complete my current re-mortgage application. I had raised this back in February this year to get this sorted before 1st June, which has still not been actioned, this has resulted in me having to pay for the current SVR rate, which in this climate is terrifying. This process should have been completed prior to me purchasing this property! The application was supposedly started back in Sept 2022 and this is still ongoing. I'm frustrated and disappointed with the lack of interest they have to get this over the line, I cannot justify the money that I’ve paid them for this awful service. Please please please avoid this company if you want an stress-free, caring and competent solicitor. Please do better.
