It took them six months to complete my…
It took them six months to complete my property sale along with buyers solicitors. At the end my solicitor K. made few mistakes and after completion and releasing keys to the new owners she called me and started to bombarding me with panic emails requesting to send them back £2400 because she didn't realise there is Redemption fee to be paid (she had this information for 6 months). The completion took place on Friday and she started to threatening me in the middle of following week, after I sent all funds to my foreign bank account. Based on that mistake I have lost not only on exchange rates twice but also on international transfers and the fact I was given different information to what I have received. I raised a complaint about what happened to their manager C., but unfortunately she didnt open the complaint and 3 months later, after my 3rd email she sent me an email with their policy "100 pages" long 😂 with instructions how to raise the complaint. I strongly advise you to not use their service if you want an easy transaction.

PLS were a fantastic investment in our house sale & purchase journey. We encountered a few chain complications in our sale, resulting in a very lengthy process but the PLS team were able to work with both sides of our chain to ensure we were protected and able react quickly when required. Many thanks to Lucy Hubbard especially, who's constant attention to the case was invaluable.

Exceptional service
Shahrukh managed to get me in my new house in around 2 months of me viewing the house. Very speedy service, only complaint is that the portal wasn’t kept up to date, however this wasn’t a issue as he was very responsive to emails and calls whenever I needed information.

Would recommend - Shahrukh was great
Would recommend - made the process as a first time buyer much easier and put me at ease having had no experience of this before. Shahrukh was my case manager and was fantastic and efficient, especially as the sellers solicitors being slow and a big chain could have caused more issues he dealt with it all in a great way. Would have been great if the PLS portal was kept up to date as the idea is great and something as a FTB i liked seeing the progress set out but emails were always replied to quickly so wasn't an issue in the end.
