As a first time buyer, the idea of dealing with mortgages and contracts and everything else involved was quite scary. However Kelly and her team made the whole process easy and straight forward. They took care of everything and kept me updated throughout. They were polite, professional and Informative, working in a timely manner. From the day I found my new house to the day I completed was just under 3 months, which is amazing.. As first time buyers we were told that the normal turnaround time from offer to completion on a mortgage can take about 2-3 months, however the seller needed turnaround within 28days. Craig and his team of solicitors worked tirelessly on our file with quick response rates and someone was always available to assist. And we were able to complete and receive the keys to our new home on day 28 of the transaction. Everything was done online and I will recommend PLS any day.

Avoid!! I should NOT have trusted the reviews!
My only experience of them is loss of time and money, and of shock. About to leave them, even after my case got taken over by department manager. Week 8 of simple part-ex, they have every document since week 1. I've been asked for documents multiple times, my emails ignored and never even acknowledged. I hear from the other side and parties, more updates on my case than I do, but only wrong ones where PLS claim to be waiting on those documents they've had multiple times. To kick it off, I got assigned to someone who just started their holiday for 2 weeks. I asked them to explain a couple of question's on a document, instead they didn't reply but sent it to the other side, and to make it worse their online system had a fault and wrong answers were sent. We should have been moving a month ago. I had to ring 6 days to get a manager call back. The complaints manager does NOT exist, even after I found the correct email for her as the one on the engagement letter was wrong. I'm so confused how there's so many good reviews, and then what we've experienced.

I used PLS for the first time and l have to say they have been fantastic so far from start till the exchange. Truly impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism of Ellie Hamer’s Team . Everything was completed flawlessly and on time. As a first time buyer the process can be incredibly daunting. Massive thanks to Jemma and Lucy as they made the process much easier for me, they answered my many questions and always explained things in depth. Jemma and Lucy were very kind and always on the end of the call when I needed them.They have great knowledge and answered all questions I asked. It actually felt like that they cared.
