As first time buyers we were told that the normal turnaround time from offer to completion on a mortgage can take about 2-3 months, however the seller needed turnaround within 28days. Craig and his team of solicitors worked tirelessly on our file with quick response rates and someone was always available to assist. And we were able to complete and receive the keys to our new home on day 28 of the transaction. Everything was done online and I will recommend PLS any day.
