Very happy!
Selling my home was one of the most stressful times of my life! My buyers solicitor was absolutely dreadful. Kept making mistakes through incompetence and dragged the whole thing out for 5 months. However, Matthew at PLS was supportive throughout, always completing tasks and sending documents in a timely manner. Keeping me updated whenever he could. Jordan PLS
The whole process lasted around a month with PLS, from the offer being accepted to the exchange date. We worked with a man called Jordan. He was so quick to respond and solve any problems. Even if our solicitor was not available, the workers at PLS helped immediately without a fuss. I would definitely recommend PLS.

Great Service
We have just dealt with William Kerrs-Farmer with a house move. We had a really great experience, he made sure we understood all phases of the move and was on hand to discuss any queries I had. He also guided us on time scales and what form was needed for signature and when. I would highly recommend Will and PLS and would use them again!

I would give 4* but over all I had the best experience, I googled through the internet and was happy with the reviews I decided to go along with them , James was in charge of my case but communication was very poor from his side I had to chase him for updates , I almost thought it was never going to be possible within 3 months , but later in the process Sean took over and there was a great progress and great communication from his side I was able to get my house keys finally. I couldn’t fault anything, am just happy I went along with them.
