terrible solicitors
I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if it was an option. Have delayed the house purchase by months and months to the point land registry are cancelling the application as they haven’t responded for so long. Cannot get hold of anyone and do not response to emails or calls. I strongly advise staying away from using PLS.

Awful company
Awful company, do not use them!! They do not know what they are doing, they delayed our house purchase by months and months as they had to rely on another solicitor to understand actually what they needed to do. This is an agency who just do tick boxes and cannot deal with complicated cases. They employ graduates which is great but put them on the hardest cases, that is not fair?? It doesn't have a good company structure at all. I would not recommend.

Pls were amazing
Pls were amazing, they answered every question that we had and were very quick to respond. We had a hard time getting in contact with our sellers but PLS were there every time to help us. Without them it would have been so much more stressful. Thank you PLS will definitely recommends 10/10

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience, Amy Atkinson and her team were always friendly and helpful. I have not given the full five stars because of two points: We are moving back to the UK from Germany and this seemed to be a new experience for the team, especially as to providing evidence of our funds. The second point is that I found the reports section of the portal to be confusing, it isn't clear which attachments apply to which documents and the inability to either sort the list or to mark a selection and download the documents was a disadvantage.

We are delighted to have exchanged contracts on our house sale this week allowing us to purchase our chosen new home. Matthew Howard steered us professionally through the process, replying promptly and clearly to emails at every stage, and despite last minute queries from the buyers’ solicitor, achieved the exchange by our requested date and with time to spare. Although I was initially unsure about using an online service, it worked extremely well and I would recommend both PLS and Matthew.
