Untrustworthy and dishonest
Avoid this company at all costs! We chose them based on Taylor Wimpey’s recommendation, but it was a huge mistake. Their initial quote doubled by the time we reached completion. When we asked about the timeline for receiving funds from the bank, they assured us it would be handled directly by the bank. Weeks later, we discovered the bank had sent the money to PLS, who then withheld it until we chased them repeatedly. This company not only provides misleading pricing and incorrect information but also withholds funds without reason. Absolutely untrustworthy. Edit - STILL have not received reimbursement dispute the fact they have the money for a month now. It seems here they reached out but never answered my queries is just all for show

Excellent. Shahrukh was amazing from start to finish. Always emailed back within the hour, always had time to take my call, always explained everything to me, what we was waiting for or what the next step was, nothing was ever a problem for him. Shahrukh made the process seems far to easy but I know it wasn’t as the other solicitor's was hard to reach dodging calls and emails. Shahrukh did everything we wanted and got us in before Christmas, from agreed sale and completion and In our new house in 9 weeks, Shahrukh made it happen. Can’t thank you enough !
