Efficient and reliable
They handled our case really well to say it was quite last minute. They did need a couple of things that our mortgage advisor said were unusual, such as requiring us to have our legal marriage certificate notorised by a solicitor. This was an extra thing we didn't expect.

First time purchase with Ellie and her team
I have just exchanged on my first ever home and I can’t recommend Ellie and her team enough. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and during the conveyancing, I was primarily dealing with Ellie but if she was on annual leave or on a call etc., another member of staff picked up the file like it was their own. Good experience on sale
I had a good experience with Liam from start to finish with what I believe was a very difficult transaction. No fault of Liam’s but the landlord. Liam always provided up to date advice and got used to my rhythm and placed a weekly call with me to provide me an update. Pleased to say we have now exchanged with a completion set for Jan 2025.
