Good experience so far
Good experience so far after being suggested to me by the developer. My case was assigned to Peter Shell and team and they have been very responsive both to requests for information and enquiries specific to my situation as a first time buyer. I received an initial quotation of fees, however, it could have been communicated to me in that same quote that there would be a fee to deal with the Lifetime ISA process on my behalf, and also the new build warranty activation fee - being on the developer’s panel of approved solicitors/conveyancers, they would be familiar very early doors that this is a new build transaction and could quote for this in the initial quotation rather than being tacked on to later emails. I found the PLS Portal very easy to use, it is great to be able to keep tabs on the progress of my purchase. I will be completing in April and very much looking forward to it. Thanks to all at Peter Shell’s team for their help along the way.
