We chose PLS Solicitors for our house sale after receiving a recommendation from our New Build Developer. A little research and reading through positive reviews reassured us that it was the right decision. The house sale process is undoubtedly one of the most complex and high-pressure experiences, but Lucy Hubbard and her team (Lucy, Caroline, and Chloe) were absolutely fantastic throughout. Their extensive knowledge, support, and exceptional customer service made all the difference. Although we encountered a few setbacks with legal documentation requests during the sale, Lucy’s team handled everything with impressive attention to detail, staying on top of things every step of the way. There was always someone available to talk to, and in such a stressful process, they were incredibly reassuring, handling everything with both professionalism and a warm, friendly approach. They always had the information we needed and were consistently ahead of the game. It’s a bit strange to say, but I’m genuinely going to miss working with such a lovely, dedicated team. They took everything very seriously while making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. The level of support was beyond what I expected, even outside of office hours. One Sunday evening, I spoke with someone from the team while Lucy's team was out of office. I simply wanted to leave a message, but the person took the time to look into our case (even though they weren’t familiar with it) and called me back within 10 minutes with updates on my query. I didn’t ask for this extra effort, but it speaks volumes about how proactive and committed the entire team is. I cannot thank PLS enough for their help during such a significant life milestone. While we hope we won't need to sell our next home, if we do, there’s no one else I would trust. A huge thank you to Lucy, Chloe, Caroline, and everyone at PLS Solicitors!
