Isabelle Byrne & Team did a great job.
We used PLS as one of the recommended Solicitors by our new home builder, Persimmon, to do both the Part Exchange sale of our old property, as well as the purchase of the new build. Very happy with the support provided - we were given a very tight completion date by the builders and Isabelle and her team were able to turn around a lot of the process in only a few days. Really appreciate their efforts. Also would like to mention how useful the PLS Portal was - a secure website used to electronically sign, upload and read documents.

Just moved house and had Mattew Howard working on our behalf. We found him very easy to talk to and very professional. On the day of move, the banks went down, it made the move delayed, with us getting the key at 1645. Matthew put us at ease and would stay on late just to get us moved in. Can't fault the service.

Matthew has helped me twice now with conveyancing and more recently handled both our sale and purchase for me and my partner. Throughout the whole time he communicated consistently with us keeping us in the loop at all times.
