Moving house!
This is the second time I've used PLS as they were really good the first time. I found them excellent again ☺️ Thank you to Sean and his team and the people who happened to answer the phone when I called. It was stressful but moving house is stressful and the team at PLS were thorough, thoughtful and attentive to my needs and the legislation. It was all done within 3 months. Excellent service
I cannot recommend PLS Solicitors highly enough, particularly Alex Spragg and Hannah Sutton. Their service was exceptional throughout the entire process. They were incredibly reactive, always communicating in a timely and clear manner. Every question and concern we had was addressed thoroughly and patiently. We also found the online portal extremely user-friendly and efficient. We will absolutely be using PLS Solicitors, and specifically Alex and Hannah, for any future legal needs.

Excellent service.
We had lived in our current house for over 40 years and used PLS for the sale of our home and the purchase of a new build. We found the process very stressful, however we dealt with Sim Sanger. PLS we’re great
Myself and my partner used PLS for the sale and purchase of our respective properties and Amy’s team were on hand with the questions we had through the day. Amy, Ben, Chloe and the others were really helpful and a stressful time was made easier by them. We had a few hiccups and delays with regards to when we exchanged but all in all they were fantastic throughout and Would highly recommend them.

Moving house is naturally stressful at the best of times and in our case it was made less so by the clear updates we received from PLS and in particular Matt who was our dedicated case handler.
