Alex Spragg and team have been super helpful throughout the whole process; friendly and kind with their advice, clear with communication, and everything has felt incredibly easy and straight forward. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their support throughout!
Good service from Sophie W’s team at PLS. Great portal for customers, team very friendly and quick to respond when contacted. Great communication on the transfer day. Highly recommended!

Great experience with pls from start to finish. Especially being first time buyers it was nerve racking at first, however Daniel was helpful throughout the full process. Highly recommend

Delightful to work with, always responding rapidly and ensuring that everything is sorted in timely manner, couldn't wish for better firm to work on my house purchase/sale cases. Special thanks to Natalie L1 without her determination and going above and beyond we wouldn't complete before end of March. Highly recommend to anyone who looks for professional and caring service!

We had an excellent experience with our solicitors during the purchase of our flat. Communication was always prompt, and there were no delays throughout the process. What truly stood out was their willingness to assist us with a matter that fell outside their usual responsibilities, something not many solicitors would do. Whenever I called, I was always supported and received clear, helpful responses. If anyone is struggling with communication from their solicitors, I highly recommend contacting them, as we never experienced any issues.

PLS solicitors were very helpful getting our purchase over the line. Real Estate 3 Armi and Ruby helped us retrieve documents that we had trouble locating.

Hooray we have just beaten the stamp duty, all thanks to Matthew Howard our solicitor, who’s been under extreme pressure. He has always kept us informed on the progress of our property transfer, and would recommend Matthew and PLS. Thank you Matthew.

Horrible experience. From the very start right to the very end. As soon as I started using PLS, I gave them a call and told my agent that anytime I'm needed or I need to do something, they can contact me by phone. I'm completely new to buying a house and am buying my first property and have no idea what I need to do so would really appreciate if someone helped me through. My agent told me to just follow the tracker on the portal (which is incomplete by the way) and doesn't show all the actions you need to take or give you any further info if you click on it. The upload section on portal doesn't even seem to work, nor give you any indication that your uploaded documents have even been uploaded, not by confirmation email, nor by anything on the portal. They send you emails/ documents by post, and you don't know which to reply to and which are just sent for info, none of which will show on the tracker. I call every single week, multiple times, asking what is outstanding. Never do I speak to the agent actually assigned to my case because they are always on another phone call, but I'll end up talking to 3 different people, who just pull up my case and often give me wrong information of what is actually outstanding. For 3 weeks, I called asking what is outstanding on phone, I get told nothing, then randomly I will get an email saying I need to send in my proof of funds on that one email from 4 weeks ago and nobody bothered to tell me about it even when I called or even try to contact me to tell me. It's not clear exactly what they want, and they make a complete hash of it. I upload on the portal, again, no indication anything actually has been uploaded. Then 2 days later they talk to the company I'm purchasing my house from and tell them I've not uploaded my proof of funds even though I had. Nothing shows it on the portal though so I had no way to prove that so I just uploaded again. Still nothing show. Portal by all means is completely useless. And remember all this time, not a single effort made to actually call me to help with my case and everytime I call them, I seem to talk to everyone in the company except the person actually assigned to my case. I've not done this thing before so I wasn't uploading the correct documents as well but for another week, they provide no update on whether they received the documents or what exactly they require. It's always me reaching out to them asking about progress and they always give the impression that they couldn't care less about your case. I had to resort just emailing directly to my agent and after a lot of back and forth, I finally understood exactly the documents they actually needed and the contract was close to being done. But it gets worse. 2 days away from the purchase, where I am now, my agent says I will receive the bank details to where I need to send my money to and I also receive an SLDT1 Form which had a blatant incorrect detail on it. I've called PLS multiple times today to try and get a hold of my agent to try and get the bank details because the transaction from my account may take a long time to process since the big amount of money causes a lot of phone calls and headaches with my bank, and also to notify my agent that the SLDT1 Form that was sent to me was incorrect. Everytime I was notified that my agent was busy, all the way from Midday to now and was told she would call me back. I said to the person on the other side that the SLDT1 Form is incorrect and that my address was wrong because the postcode on section 56 was the postcode of the house I'm purchasing and not my current address. The person who answered the phone said that this will be amended and I'll be given another copy, 5 hours later, no other copy has been received. I then gave more calls at 3pm and was told my agent was away till 4pm and she would then call me back, that never happened. I call at 4:10pm to say that I need to speak to her urgently. They said she'll call me back. Now it's 5pm and I finally give another call and I get transferred to out of office hours line who cannot help with my case. Why assign anyone to my case at all when I can't even speak to them even when it's urgent and is during the most critical phase of my purchase. I've probably had over a dozen phone calls with PLS, and I probably spoke to the actual agent from my case a grand total of 1 time, and that was my very first phone call. My agent is always busy. And every other person I spoke to either had no clue about my case/ gave me wrong information. It's criminal that I'm even paying for this so called "service".
