We have used PLS Solicitors services for the purchase of our first property and are very happy with the way they helped us. As a first time buyer we are never too sure on how things are going or what steps need to be taken, but in our case, having Louis Blanchard and the rest of the team helped us to better understand the process and to successfully complete the purchase in a very smooth manner. One feature I loved was the online tracker where you can check progress and receive and see the relevant documents. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a professional and dedicated team to help with anything they can do for you.

Lucy and her team made the legal side of buying a home so simple and made everything so clear. No over the top legal jargon and they even broke the long legal documents down to easy to understand summaries. Purchased a flat on shared ownership recently and had a great experience with PLS. The process was very smooth and easy. Their portal is also very easy to navigate. One of the best thing about them was they were always available to respond to me queries, be it on email or call. Very Good service
My husband and I had very good experience with PLS solicitors(Lucy Hubbard's team). We always received timely replies to email and phone calls and did not need to chase them even once for any updates. Very professional and helpful team I must add. Only bit of disappointment we had is an increase of about 600 pounds in their fees from quote to final bill. However because of personal reasons we didnot wish to get into the discussion with them about it at the time. So I am not sure if raising a concern with them about it might have led to a resolution. Other than that we are fairly happy with how they dealt with our case and managed to meet the dates we set with our developers. 4.5 stars actually(not 4). Thanks.
