Great property purchase experience …
The whole property purchase experience was so easy with PLS with an online portal where you can read documents and get track the process. Nick Anderson and Lucy Hughes were brilliant at keeping me updated and responding to emails very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend PLS.

Excellent. Shared ownership & help to buy bonus!
Excellent when using there service for a shared ownership property and help to buy bonus. Shout out to Clare L - in Alex’s team! Replied swiftly, called me when needed, explained things well, chased up the sellers solicitors all throughout and right upto the exchange of keys. I hadn’t completed the help to buy declaration but she urgently contacted me to completed the paper work in time and helped me understand the eligibility for the bonus to which I received the bonus in full! Woohoo!! Buying our house took 9months+ but they kept in contact, explained there would be a quiet period whilst we wait and then was on the ball so we had a smooth journey with PLS Highly recommend - so thankful for them and their help!

I have been dealing with Hannah through the purchase of my next home. She kept in regular contact and was very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had for her! Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Lack of contact throughout the process, which required us to do all the work for them and pay for the privilege - they don't have time to explain anything to you but expect you to understand 100s pages of documents they send to you. They required constant chasing and even caused a delay in completion because they left everything to the last minute. Their portal is not fit for purpose, and their customer service is non-existent, and we are still finding out now that they hadn't sent all documents to us beforehand. Please avoid at all costs - there has to be a better company out there as these are the worst.
