I have recently moved to an area where the water tastes metallic (I know I am odd) but I didn’t like other filters that I had tried before and the plastic was a waste. My son has autism and is hyper sensitive and even he now drinks more water so it must be the taste of tap that put him off. I ordered PHOX and the glass jug really filled me with joy as I hate plastic bottles, jugs etc. but the filter itself is amazing. The water is so clear its unreal with no floating bits and bobs in it and there is not smell to it so no chemical smell. I love it life long customer. I would really like a glass one I could fit in the door of my fridge as i dont have a big enough space to have the round glass one on the shelves. That’s the only thing I will ask to change.
