Honestly, the best filtering jug I have ever had. Sturdy glass, basically unbreakable. Plastic free filters, plastic free everything. Brilliant app where you can keep track of the expiry day of the filter. It has been 3 years now, and I am happy to be a customer.

As the thing which holds the refill packs had cracked I needed a replacement and I’m pleased to say that the team were able to arrange that quickly and efficiency so that I now have good filtered water again
