They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Delivery delayed
Good selection of cat food and some good offers. However, my parcel arrived two days after my expected delivery date after having taken a long time to be dispatched. It's not until you read (hidden) on the website that Pets at Home are moving warehouses and some orders may be affected. It would be helpful if this was stated when placing your order with a delivery date which takes this into account.
