They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Brilliant service
Always get our dogs food from . Staff always great no matter what shop we use . Ayr , Inverness and Oban . Special mention to the girl in the Oban branch who spent time going through different harness with our wee jack Russell. Not the most patient dog but was happy to try on a few different things with her

Only buy cat food but always a good selection at Pets at home for a fussy cat who insists on different food every Week, The staff are always very pleasant and helpful I enjoy my visits.

Happy with my home delivery EXCEPT
Happy with my home delivery EXCEPT that China dog bowls were sent in the box, completely unprotected and smashed. Had to go to local store to return, but they didn’t have a replacement, so now have to wait for a new order that I have to pick up in store or be charged for delivery! Wouldn’t be a problem, but pupated arrives on saturday

No complaints about the company or it's service as such. It's the courier company they use. Items were exactly as I ordered but came, twice in a row, burst inside the box.
