They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

After some cockatiel food
I was after some cockatiel food today, I walked into the store and asked one of your staff where I could find it. The member of staff, Jade, was exceptionally helpful in every way. She showed me where it was situated in the store. I took it to the counter in order to pay, showed my voucher for some money off my purchase, this Jade scanned and I made my purchase. She is a real credit to the company.
