They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Glossop Pets at Home is brilliant. The store is clean and bright. The staff are lovely and they are really kind, and you can tell they care about the animals in store (waiting for adoption), and they are very caring towards customers and their pets. Always had a good experience in store.

Great items massively excessive packaging
I ordered 5 small toys and 4 small packs of treats for my Cavalier. All items are great but arrived in 3 boxes, 2 boxes contained 1 small toy each, all boxes arrived at once!

The staff of vet and assistants are welcoming. The vets here are very good with my pet. They also give helpful advice on weight and food intake. They know the medical background of my pet. They are very professional and really have the welfare of my pet at heart.
