They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

The Guildford branch are lazy if you need help or advice they will not come out from behind the till desk, this is my experience every time I visit the branch, you end up getting advise and help from other customers with whom you befriend in store, I wish I could write a positive review, this store needs

i find it very easy to order my dog's…
i find it very easy to order my dog's 14 kilo bag of food. However, the delivery before this one was damaged by Evri and undeliverable. Your staff at Whitstable branch were very good and helped me sort that out. This time, the packaging used was very flimsy and had very little cellotape holding the box together therefore, the top was open. I'm amazed it got to me.
