They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

The parcel arrived badly damaged and contents spoiled
The parcel arrived but had been extensively damaged and some of teh foil trays inside had burst and I could not find any way to apply for a refund other than going into store (I could have done that to make the purchase if it was convenient)
