They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Lovely friendly staff.
I use the pets at home in Anlaby and it,s always been a pleasant experience!. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, as are the vets for pets team. I've only had my pup Poppy 15 mths but I feel like the staff in there are friends, they make you feel very welcome.
