They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Ordered some food and cat litter as a subscription. The cat litter didn't arrive, and I was dreading being on the phone for hours, but actually used their online chat instead and had it sorted within 5 mins, no fuss! Frankie W was lovely and helpful!

Very happy to help
My experience was so reassuring the staff are always helpful. I am not very techno savvy, so when I buy anything I just give them my phone and they sort out all the vouchers and any offers that are due to me, and don't seem to mind doing it, always patient and understanding, also, if I want any advice there is always someone around to help.
